Cemre Shipyard announced that they hosted the Norwegian Ambassador to Türkiye, Andreas Gaarder. The ambassador met with Cemre Shipyard Chairman of the Board of Directors Eng. Orhan Gülcek and the managers and the ongoing and future projects of the shipyard were explained.
It will increase our unity
In the statement made by Cemre, “Relations between Norway and Türkiye are moving to a new dimension with the shipbuilding sector. Ambassador Gaarder saw our shipyard on site and received information about our work. “We shared our current and future projects with Gaarder and exchanged views on increasing our cooperation with Norway.”
Shipbuilding is a vital part of Norway and Türkiye relations
Ambassador Andreas Gaarder said the following after his visit:
“The other day I visited Cemre Shipyards in Yalova, Marmara Sea. The shipbuilding industry is a vital part of Norwegian and Turkish relations and has a solid history. “I was very impressed by the skills of the people and most importantly the ships.”
