Sirena Yachts is setting sail towards further growth with the inauguration of its new shipyard in Yalova, Turkey. The expansion, encompassing three renovated build halls spanning 150,000 square meters, underscores the brand’s commitment to meeting escalating demand and enhancing production capabilities.
Chief Operations Officer Ali Önger highlighted the strategic significance of Yalova, renowned for its commercial shipbuilding prowess, as the ideal locale for constructing Sirena’s latest masterpiece, the 42 Steel superyacht. With a workforce now numbering 1,200, Sirena aims to streamline production processes, with hot steelwork and outfitting conducted onsite for optimal efficiency.
The addition of the Yalova facility complements Sirena’s existing shipyards, each designated for specific yacht models. While the primary complex continues to house the construction of smaller series yachts, the Tuzla shipyard is dedicated exclusively to the flagship 88ft vessel, ensuring seamless launch capabilities directly into the sea.
Sirena’s meteoric rise since its inception in late 2016 can be attributed to meticulous design, prudent investment, and a deep understanding of the mid-size yachting segment. By partnering with esteemed designers like German Frers and Cor D. Rover, Sirena maximizes space and functionality across its range, catering to diverse client preferences.
“We want to provide the right yacht for each stage of the client’s yachting life,” emphasized Önger, emphasizing Sirena’s commitment to delivering unparalleled yachting experiences tailored to individual needs.
Sirena Yachts is a Turkish yacht brand. The company produces semi-displacement motor yachts ranging from 17m to over 30m.
