Mesut Yanar has become the new general manager of Assan Port, a company operating in the field of port management of Kibar Holding, one of Turkey’s leading industrial groups. Yanar will play an important role in Assan Port’s strategic growth targets and will report directly to Kibar Holding CEO Haluk Kayabaşı.
According to the information provided, after graduating from Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration, Yanar completed his master’s degree in Container Terminal Management at North West Kent College and Middlesex University, and started his professional career as a Planning Officer at Marport in 2003.
He served as Project Manager at DP World, General Manager of Durres and General Manager of Çelebi Port of Bandırma, respectively.
