The vessels will be constructed in steel and aluminium and built at Sirena’s Istanbul facility, sporting an informal exterior design by Italian designer Luca Vallebona and naval architecture by Dutch studio Van Oossanen Naval Architects. Stepping inside, the interior designs of each yacht will be fully customisable to suit each owner’s requirements with the assisting hand of a selection of Sirena Superyachts’ renowned interior design team.
New details of the Sirena Yachts models include elaboration on the sophisticated space and innovative designs that will feature a balanced and spacious layout with open entertaining areas and large external relaxing zones onboard.
Like the smaller yachts built by Sirena, this larger “superyacht range is pitched at owners who love to spend time on the water with friends and their family,” says CCO of Sirena Yachts Ali Onger. Additional exterior features showcase a larger pool aft for guests to use; this will sit above the deep bathing platform, which dramatically extends when the two bulwarks are folded down, creating twin balconies just above the sea. This has been likened to a private beach resort by the Turkish shipyard and is a notable revelation.
Internally, the interior space will feature a unique owner’s suite with a private patio cocooning the owner’s exclusive deck, which is highlighted as “the pearl of these yachts, particularly onboard the 42-metre and 50-metre” , says Luca Vallebona.
This private space expanding the owner’s suite will be adorned with soothing plants and receives natural light from above and from the side. Freestanding seating makes this a fine spot for a morning coffee or for receiving guests in perfect privacy. On the two larger boats, there is a jacuzzi and steps up to the main deck, where the owner can benefit from a dedicated forward lounge area and comfortable seating in ultimate exclusion.
Luca Vallebona highlights “the main and upper deck cockpits [which] are visually connected by a double-height space close to the saloon entrances. This space could be hung with plants or a giant sculpture, creating a common thread – a sinuous passage from the main deck to the upper deck cockpit. Verticality is a dimension that is not so often seen on a yacht, especially in a 50m.”
With an understanding that younger owners are more enthusiastic about water sports, Sirena Yachts has designed an impressive storage space for a large tender and toys. On the flagship, there is garaging for two tenders, two jet skis, and a range of boards, but even the 35-metre superyacht can fit a large crew/guest tender and the all-important Jet Skis on the foredeck.
“We have been overwhelmed by the wave of positive response to our new superyacht designs,” said Onger. “With this latest step, we have cemented our product line-up in every segment of the boating market. We have been prudent, so it has taken Sirena Yachts 17 years to build up to this point, but we are proud to say that our reputation speaks loudly for itself.”
