Değer Pamuk, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University Maritime Faculty in 1990, worked at Zihni Maritime for 12 years as Deck Officer, 2nd Mate and Ship Master, and then for 6 years as Safety Management System Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager, respectively, for a total of 18 years. .
He joined Kalimbassieris Maritime in 2008 and served as responsible for risk prevention, grounding, collision/collision and some flag state surveys. Since 2009, he has served as the representative of many international P&I clubs and then as the P&I Department Manager.
Kaptan Değer Pamuk, who started working as Technical Manager with the establishment of Türk P&I Sigorta, was appointed as Technical Group Manager in January 2022, and then as Deputy General Manager Responsible for Technical and Claims in January 2024.
