The agreement was signed by Türkiye General Manager Capt. Özgür Doğan Güneş on behalf of Columbia Shipmanagement and Fleet Manager Capt. Hüseyin Ozanlı on behalf of Uğur Denizcilik signed it.
It was learned that the contract includes personnel management as well as performance optimization of ships, EU ETS compliance and support for effective ship operation.
