Fishing trawlers with project number NB104-105-106-107, built by Nova Shipyard in Tuzla for four different shipowners in France, were launched. The 13-meter-long boats are made of steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
It has been announced that after the sea tests the boats with special hydraulic systems, fishing and cold storage capability will be in Ouistreham’s Radicatel port in February.
Pascal Simon, one of the boat owners, said, “Nova Shipyard has completed the boats in about 10 months in line with the determined target. Our current boats have an average age of 35, and our fleet will become younger with the new boats.”
The steel cutting of the boats, which started sea tests, was done in May last year.
