MarineLine Turkey, which provides safe transportation and storage of chemicals in the maritime and industrial markets and protective coatings against all kinds of chemical corrosion, completed 60 successful coating projects last year.
Marineline Turkey’s founding partner and CEO, Kaptan Koray Karagöz, said, “We have completed a total of 60 projects in 2021, 28 projects in the maritime sector, 2 of which are Turkey’s largest Re-coating project, and 32 projects in the industry sector. We would like to thank our colleagues and project partners endlessly.”
Coatings are among the permanent factors that affect the profitability for years in ship operation and management. Caustics, acids, alkalis, other chemicals, and liquid products naturally damage the tanks they are transported to. For this reason, a successful and high-quality coating is essential to extend the service life of tankers.
MarineLine Turkey was founded in 2006 by Captain Koray Karagöz, a 1997 graduate of ITU Maritime Faculty from Deck Department. Captain Okan Salur, a 1994 graduate of the deck, served the maritime sector and industrial establishments for nearly 22 years.
