Safi Deniz Hizmetleri (Safi Marine Services), a subsidiary of Safi Holding, added the Safi-14 tug to its fleet, whose project name is Delicay XII. Safi-14, “the most powerful tug in her class”, is a Deliçay series tug with 75 tons of towing power and the 6th tug in Safi’s fleet.
The TRAktor-Z 2500SX tug, designed by Canadian Robert Allan to provide high efficiency in both port and towing operations, can reach a speed of 12 knots, and has a pulling power of 75 tons.
Safiport provides tug and pilotage services in both Derince and Tekirdağ Region by the tugs with 250 tons of towing power with towage service authorization.
