Migros Wholesale has prepared the “Food Safety Guide on Ships” to ensure the general hygiene of the food and cafeteria for the ship’s galley employees. The guide, which contains important information on many different topics from receiving goods to storage, food preparation and service process to water safety, sudden climatic changes to personnel hygiene and allergens, also includes details on physical, chemical and biological risks that may be encountered in foods.
