Under the decision taken at the September meeting of the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality for 7 new ferry services, the voyages begin on November 1st. Within the scope of the proposal to regulate the tariffs of the sea lines established with the UKOME decision taken in September 2022, the fees for 7 lines were determined.
The tariff of the sea lines will be as follows:
2.80 miles Çengelköy – Kabataş Line is 9.47 liras,
5.10 miles Beşiktaş – Eyüp Line 11.50 liras,
6.07 miles Kadıköy – Eyüp Line 11.50 lira,
14.40 miles Avcılar – Kadıköy Line is 28.74 liras,
17.51 miles Avcılar – Bostancı 31.85 liras,
7.60 miles Maltepe – Islands Line 21.90 lira,

Sea Freight Fee Per Mile
To support maritime transportation, where the cost coverage ratio of Istanbulkart revenues has decreased to 25%, IMM has proposed: “The regulation of the Sea Freight Line fare tariff on a mile basis”. The decision was adopted unanimously.
In sea transportation, a single ticket fee is charged regardless of the distance on the lines that should stop. The fee is 7.67 TL for 2 piers and 10 piers. As the distance increased, the new fare schedule was determined on the mile, taking into account the increase in operating costs and travel time. Accordingly, after 1 mile, 1 lira will be added to the fee per mile. For journeys made with the personalized Istanbulkart from sea to land and from land to sea, 50% of the current transfer fees will be charged. Fares will be fixed after 5 miles.
