A giant fishing vessel built by Sefine Shipyard for the Norwegian Froj Rederi launched GASO ODIN, which was built with project number NB 51.
The GASO ODIN 4500 CBM cargo hold capacity, which has both fishing and alive fish handling capabilities and was built for the Froj Rederi, is designed for efficient and careful transport/handling of alive fish from offshore fish farm facilities to onshore fish processing facilities.
The ship was also equipped and arranged for FW lice treatment of fish by carrying FW. In addition to the FW bit treatment, the ship was also tuned for a second slicing system expected to be announced as a hydrolyzer. The ship is equipped with a diesel-electric machinery system for propulsion and electricity distribution to its consumers, furthermore, the DP1 system enables it to operate in dynamic environmental conditions without any worries, which means that the ship can lie down at a certain point. The ship can also stay at sea without being moored or moored while performing a mission. The fishing ship is thus well equipped to perform different tasks in the open sea. The vessel has batteries to power the load balancing to allow the diesel generators to operate at a relatively consistent baseload.
The ship designed by Møre Maritime Inc. is the third ship built by Sefine Shipyard for the Norwegian Froj Rederi.
