“We announced that with our material event disclosure dated 27.01.2022, it was announced to the public that the offer of GPH, the indirect subsidiary of our company, for the concession tender to operate the cruise operations of Tarragona Port in Spain for 12 years (with the option of 6 years additional extension) was selected as the best offer. GPH has informed our company that it has signed a 12-year (with the option of 6 years additional extension) operating rights transfer agreement regarding the operating rights of the Tarragona cruise port and added it to its portfolio. Tarragona is a strategic port located 55 minutes from Barcelona El Prat Airport and 15 minutes from Reus Airport. Tarragona is a preferred destination for touristic Mediterranean itineraries and has been declared a world heritage site by UNESCO as the city rises above ancient Roman ruins. Tarragona is also an important alternative to Barcelona Cruise Port in high season.”
