The 4th Regional Directorate of Meteorology warned of strong winds and storms for the Mediterranean Region with its statement.
In the warning, it was stated that the speed of the wind is expected to reach up to 80 kilometers from time to time. The wind in Antalya started to increase its effect as yesterday evening.
With the effect of the wind, huge waves formed on Konyaaltı Beach, which hosts thousands of local and foreign tourists every year. The treasure hunters came to the region where the waves reached almost the coastline.

Meanwhile, the storm is expected to be effective until Thursday, according to Meteorology data.
