“New generation HR management provides employee motivation”
Mahmut Temiz, Polisan Holding Group HR Director, whose views are included in the statement, stated that the “we” culture of Polisan Holding combined with the high trust climate creates a strong synergy and this is felt in the whole structure, and said:
“With our new generation HR management, which we have developed by combining our strength from our experience of more than half a century with our innovative face, we bring sustainability to our activities while bringing our employees together with the motivation they seek. As a holding that focuses on employee motivation, we will further increase our productivity by deepening the culture of happiness we have created. For this purpose, we will continue to hold our ‘A Break with the CEO’ online meeting once a month, where our employees in all subsidiaries, especially the Holding, can ask questions to the CEO and receive first-hand answers. We care about our Joint Culture Initiative Project, our Cultural Ambassadors’ Work, our motivation meetings, and our employee listening sessions, which foster this culture of happiness, and we want to expand its scope and make it more effective in a participatory management approach. As a holding that focuses on employee motivation, our main priority is to be a happy, successful organization that offers more value to its country.”
