It has been reported that the Turkish–flagged MV İnce Atlantic, owned by İnce Denizcilik, rescued three survivors off the coast of Almeria, Spain.
According to the information obtained by newsatsea.com, MV İnce Atlantic was informed bythe GATA traffic that there were casualties in the water on her route while approaching theGATA separation.
Thereupon, three people, two on the jet ski and one in the water, were detected on the ship’sroute and the rescue maneuver was started.
While the survivors were taken on board in line with the instructions of MRCC ALMERIA, it was determined that the rescued people were Moroccan immigrants. The survivors, who weregiven first aid by the crew, were picked up from the ship by the SAR helicopter.
On the other hand, MV İnce Atlantic continued on her normal route.
