One of the Borusan Group companies, Port of Borusan provides service in the Gemlik Region in three different activity fields: general cargo, container, and vehicle.
It has been learned that the B-imza implementation will be implemented at Port of Borusan. It is aimed to highlight digitization efforts in the port sector within the B-imza project.
Thanks to the B-imza implementation, a sustainable strategy will be created by preventing the disposal of 62,000 sheets of paper annually.
Supplier companies that will enter the port with the B-imza implementation will have the opportunity to obtain the documents they previously submitted as a printout in a digital environment. The documents, after being uploaded to the B-imza system, are passed through the online approval mechanism and they will be sent as a notification to the phones of the visiting firm employees. Paper consumption will come to an end with the project implemented, while supplier employees will be able to enter the port without signing or waiting.
