The 16th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, which officially started on February 17, 2022, between Istanbul Seabus (IDO) and the Turkish Seafarers’ Union, concluded with an agreement on May 16, 2022, and was signed.
The signing ceremony of the Collective Bargaining Agreement was attended by IDO’s General Manager Murat Orhan, Deputy General Manager Bekir Aksu, Operations Coordinator İsmail Demir, Personnel Management and Labor Relations Manager Nurullah Çalışır, Legal Affairs Manager Ömer Tosun, Operations Manager Alper Demircan, Corporate Communications, and Marketing Manager Filiz Şafak and human resources manager Kerem Yavuz.
