The sailing training ship, with a length of 82 meters and width of 12 meters from Naples, Italy, crossed the Sea of Marmara and arrived on the Bosphorus.
Nava Scoala Mircea, the military training ship of the Romanian Navy, entered the Bosphorus from the Sea of Marmara at around 11:00 am. Nava Scoala Mircea, one of the only 5 sailing ships of the same type in the world, is anchored in Sarayburnu Port, accompanied by 3 Coastal Safety Rescue tugs.
The crew of the Coast Guard Command accompanied the ship, which took a turn off the coast of the Maiden’s Tower.
It was seen that there were many military students on the deck of the 82-meter-long 3-masted training ship, which was built in Hamburg in 1938. Local and foreign tourists on the beach took pictures of the ship and watched the ship dock at Sarayburnu Port.
