Tuzla-based Sanmar Shipyards, which recently signed a contract with the General Directorate of Coastal Safety for the construction of two Boğaçay series tugboats, also sent a tugboat of the same series to Morocco.
The tug named BOĞAÇAY LXXIII, built by Sanmar for Offshore Maroc, set out for the Moroccan Jorf Lasfar Port. The name of the tug will be changed to JACQUES 5.
The tugboat, which is 24 meters long and 12 meters wide, has a draft of 9.8 meters.
