It was decided to allocate an area of 72 thousand 888 square meters in Çamlıbel village of Zonguldak’s Alaplı district as a boat manufacturing site, and it was published in the Official Gazette with the announcement of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the General Directorate of Shipyards and Coastal Structures.
Easement right up to 49 years
Within the scope of the allocation, the area in front of the parcels owned by the treasury in Çamlıbel village will be reserved for boat manufacturing site investment. The investor will be able to establish facilities on the allocated area only in accordance with the purpose of allocation and specified in the announcement. An easement right or usage permit will be granted for up to 49 years in favor of the investor whose tender has been awarded and whose tender has been approved, in order to build facilities on Treasury real estate.
Real and legal persons who want to invest for shipyard purposes must submit the necessary information and documents for the application within 30 days to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Shipyards and Coastal Structures, Hakkı Turayliç Caddesi No: 5, C Block Floor: 6 06338 Emek/Ankara. They must be delivered via envelope.
The applications will be evaluated by the established commission and the investment files deemed appropriate will be sent to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change for auctioning within the framework of the relevant legislation.
