The demand for Özata Denizcilik, which went public recently, has become clear. The size of the public offering of Özata Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ was 1.4 billion TL.
The demand collection process for the public offering of Özata Denizcilik shares through the consortium led by Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. was completed on 27-28-29 August 2024 and the Group B shares with a nominal value of 13 million 350 thousand TL offered for sale were distributed to investors.
The statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Vakıf Yatırım is as follows:
The total IPO size was 3.86 times the demand
“In this context, in the public offering of Özata Denizcilik shares, a demand of 17 million 854 thousand 274 TL nominal value, which is 2.67 times the allocation, was collected in the domestic individual investor category, and a demand of 33 million 668 thousand 897 TL nominal value, which is 5.04 times the allocation, was collected in the domestic institutional investor category. A demand of 51 million 523 thousand 171 TL nominal value, which is approximately 3.86 times the total public offering size, was collected.”
A total of 618 thousand 948 investors
“In the public offering of Özata Denizcilik’s shares, the public offering price of the shares with a nominal value of 1.00 TL was announced as 105.00 TL and with the determined public offering price, the public offering size was realized as 1 billion 401 million 750 thousand TL. In the public offering of Özata Denizcilik’s shares with a nominal value of 13 million 350 thousand TL, distribution was made to a total of 618 thousand 948 investors, 618 thousand 855 domestic individual investors and 93 domestic institutional investors.”
