The General Directorate of Maritime Affairs reported that the dry cargo ship named FULMAR S, which has a capacity of 14,415 DWT and is 138 meters long, belonging to Mertaş Maritime, was registered in the Turkish International Ship Registry and flew the Turkish Flag.
