Ciner Shipping has also taken delivery of Clacton, the last ship of its order for the first four handysize bulk carriers placed with Chinese Jiangmen Nanyang Ship Engineering (JNS).
Ciner, which had previously taken delivery of bulk carriers named EASTBOURNE, PORTSMOUTH and MARGATE, added all of its first four orders to its fleet, together with Clacton.
Ciner had decided to have six more 40,500 dwt bulk carriers built by the same shipyard in 2022, in addition to the four handysize bulk carriers it ordered .
The ships are 179.90 meters long, 30 meters wide and have a draft of 15.10 meters.
